As part of our commitment to making wellness accessible to all, this event is completely free of charge and caters to participants of all levels.
Please wear comfortable clothing for sitting, laying, dancing and walking around the farm.
To fully experience the mediation and breath work, avoid consuming caffeine after 3 pm and have dinner, but avoid heavy meals within 2 hours before the event. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
